I have a decade of experience in managing software companies at top level positions. I went through all phases of the business development, from managing startups with 15 employees to managing the merger of a company with 85 employees. During my career, I’ve successfully formed more than 10 teams from the scratch, hired more than 150 IT professionals and spent more than 7000 hours interviewing candidates.
